WildCast is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services to you. All sales and purchases are made directly with WildCast. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with WildCast.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WildCast, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of our Services. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim and may control its defense at your expense, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent.
